GENERAL PROCEDURES OF DESIGNING POWERPOINT PRESENTATION

A PowerPoint presentation project involves the following major steps:

1.  Get acquainted with your organization, learn the type of audience you are presenting to, when and where the presentation takes place, and provide you a free estimate.  This step is accomplished through emails or conference calls.

2.  Go over the entire project with you in detail.  The sooner we receive the data, documents, figures, tables, images, etc, the sooner we can begin working on your slides.  This step can be accomplished through conference calls.  Per request, our designer can meet with you at our office or yours provided you are located within the Washingtonian Metropolitan area.

3.  Email you the PowerPoint file for verification once it is completed.

4.  Print out the poster and send by Federal Express.

NOTE:

During the whole process, we keep our clients informed of any issue that might arise.  We encourage our clients to maintain communication with us as this would facilitate the work and lower the cost.
